Will a standard roll of poop bags fit the swoopet pooper scooper?
Yes, most standard 15 bag roll of poop bags, which may be purchased in all good pet retail stores will fit in the chamber of the pooper scooper. In some instances, where heavier duty/larger bags are use in some rolls, the diameter of the roll may be larger than standard 3cm diameter and therefore it may be necessary to detach one or two bags from the roll, which will reduce the diameter of the roll, and allow the roll to fit into the Swoopet Pooper Scooper chamber. Do I need to buy good quality poop bags for this pooper scooper, in case of splitting during use?
Generally, any of the standard 15 bag roll of poop bags purchased in all good pet retail stores will suit. The Swoopet pooper scooper has been specifically designed to ensure that it doesn’t tear or puncture the bag while picking up your pet’s waste.
In the unlikely event that the poop bag splits and I need to clean the Swoopet Pooper Scooper, what do I clean it with?
In this unlikely event, where dog poop makes contact with your hands or the pooper scooper, just wash both your hands and the pooper scooper in a sanitising agent and rinse in either cold or lukewarm water, and allow to air dry, or use a dry paper or cloth towel.
When Retracting The Poop Bags Back Into The Chamber, Why Do I Need To Push In The Twister Cap Before Rewinding?
The reason for this is that different manufacturers of poop bag rolls have different tolerances, so the poop bag storage chamber has been designed to account for this, hence the need to push in the twister cap before winding any extended bag back into the chamber. Note: depending on which end of the poop bag roll is fitted into the chamber will determine which direction you will need to rotate the twister cap to retract the poop bag
Will It Pick Up Runny Dog Waste?
Yes, the Swoopet pooper scooper can pick up runny waste, leaving a cleaner surface with less residue than other pooper scoopers.
Will It Pick Up Multiple Wastes?
Yes, after picking up the first portion of dog waste, you can expand the poop scooper blades again just before plunging down onto the second portion of waste. You may repeat this again if necessary, until the pooper scooper is full.
