I wrote a review regarding a faulty clip. Had a response to say that a new scooper would be sent. This was great but better still that they had reviewed the feedback and accepted that the clip was weak and would work to fix it. This is how a company can shine and they did.

Amazing, I feel that this was made with me in mind. Fantastic item and you can even place a bag on to it and click it back in the holder so it’s even easier while outside in our lovely British weather. Thinking about what this is, I’m still going to say I love this item. Everyone should buy one, just do it, you will be so pleased.

I found this retractable lead and pooper scooper combination unit on Amazon, I’ve never came across a combined unit before. It’s very clever and easy to use. The pooper scooper also has a bag rewind which I never saw before either, and to my surprise it can pick up more than one mess. I love that it’s all in one. Would definitely recommend this product.

The swoopet is extremely light which is fantastic as I thougt it was going to be bulky & heavy. The button is extremely easy & again not a big bulky button to depress. Ease of use 10/10. The bag carrying sides are a fab idea for those dirty doggy bags until you reach a bin.
